General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Agreement)

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between mega-technique.bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant") and each customer (hereinafter referred to as the "User/Customer") when purchasing goods remotely through the online store.

By using the site and/or submitting an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is familiar with and accepts these terms and conditions.

2) Subject

The Merchant offers goods (electronics, household appliances and related products) for sale, and the Customer can purchase them through an online order under the terms of this document.

3) Registration and ordering

An order can be placed:

as a guest (without registration), or
with a user profile (if available).

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. The Merchant may contact the Customer for confirmation or clarification.

4) Prices and availability

All prices are listed in BGN and include/exclude VAT according to the store settings (apply according to your actual situation).
Price changes are possible, and the price valid at the time of order confirmation .
In rare cases, a product may be out of stock or have a technical inaccuracy. In the event of impossibility of fulfillment, the Merchant will notify the Customer and offer an alternative or a refund (if paid in advance).

5) Confirmation and contract

The distance selling contract is considered concluded when the Trader confirms the order (by email/message/call) and/or sends the goods. The Trader has the right to refuse an order for objective reasons (e.g. lack of availability, incorrect data, reasonable suspicion of abuse).

6) Delivery

The merchant delivers to the entire territory of Bulgaria (cities and villages), via a courier/postal operator specified on the "Delivery and Payment" page and/or upon finalizing the order.

Deadlines (indicative):

minimum: 1 business day
standard: 1–3 business days
maximum: up to 5 business days

Delivery times depend on availability, address and workload. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the first business day.

Receipt: The Customer must provide the opportunity to receive the shipment. In the case of delivery by courier, the Customer has the right to inspect according to the terms of the courier.

7) Payment methods

At mega-technique.bg the Client can choose:

Payment by card (Stripe / Paysera)
Cash on delivery (Econt / Speedy)
Cash on delivery via Bulgarian Post
ePay.bg (additional)
Bank transfer

The available methods are displayed when finalizing the order. For card payments, the data is processed in a secure environment of the payment operator.

8) Right of withdrawal and return

The Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The Customer shall notify the Merchant in writing of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

After notification, the Customer has another 14 days to return the goods.

Return conditions:

the goods must be in commercial condition, if possible with original packaging, accessories and documents;
inspection/testing is permissible, as in a store, without excessive use;
The customer is responsible for any reduced value when using the product beyond what is necessary for verification.

Refund: within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, with the Merchant being able to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods or proof of sending them. Refunds will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Return costs: are usually at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or if there is a basis for a complaint.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods (e.g. personalised products, unsealed goods for hygiene reasons, unsealed software/media and other legal exceptions). Where applicable, this is stated on the product page.

9) Complaints, defects and legal warranty

In case of non-conformity or defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. The goods are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with current legislation. Depending on the case, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may be applied.

A complaint is submitted in writing or through the specified contact channels, providing order details and a description of the problem.

10) Limitations and liability

The merchant is not responsible for:

delay due to force majeure or actions of third parties (courier, operators), beyond reasonable control;
incompatibility in case of incorrect use or use beyond the intended purpose;
damage from incorrect installation/operation when not carried out by an authorized service center (if applicable).

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of users.

11) Intellectual property

Texts, images, design and content on the site are subject to copyright. Their use without permission is not permitted.

12) Personal data and security

Personal data is processed only for the purposes of the order, delivery, service and legal obligations of the Merchant. Security measures are applied in accordance with the published "Security Policy" and/or "Privacy Policy" on the site.

13) Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall strive for a voluntary settlement. The client may also use out-of-court mechanisms for resolving consumer disputes, where applicable.

14) Changes to the general terms and conditions

The merchant may update the terms and conditions in the event of changes in the services or legislation. The terms and conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.
